To qualify for a Florida real estate sales associate license, the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) requires successful completion of a 63-hour Pre-Licensing course from an approved provider.

Upon course completion, an electronic certificate of completion is immediately available for download in
your student dashboard. You should keep this certificate for your licensing application and personal records.

Florida requires all newly licensed real estate sales associates to complete 45 hours of Post-Licensing education within 18–24 months after obtaining their initial license.
